Order Confirmations
You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your order to the email address you provided. We reserve the right to decline any order. All orders are accepted subject to our Terms and Conditions.
Shipping Methods and Charges
UK Delivery
1. Free Shipping On Order Over £100: This offer is offered FREE with all orders and the parcel typically arrive within 2-4 business days.
2. Express Shipping: This offer is offered in £4.50. The parcel will typically arrive in 1 to 3 business days.
3. Standard Shipping: This service is offered £3.99. The parcel will typically arrive in 2 to 4 business days.
4. Royal Mail Tracked: This service is charged at £5.95. The parcel will typically arrive the Next Day.
International Delivery.
- For International - This service is charged at £23.99. The parcel will typically dispatch within next day.
Please note: You will need to ensure your order is placed by 3:00 pm at the latest in order for this to be processed as Next Day Delivery. Orders placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and sent on the next working day.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Smith & Rowe is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Orders placed after 3:00 pm
If orders are placed after 3 pm then the order will be dispatched the following day.
Lost Parcels
If a parcel is lost/undelivered please advise us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel.
